The Nanny Source selects and expects Personal Drivers to provide transportation for our Clients and their family from one location to another in a safe, secure, friendly and professional manner.
Navigational Skills
Our Personal Drivers must always plan their routes, be aware of detours, traffic serverity and weather conditions. It is crucial that our Personal Drivers make it to their destination while minimizing wrong and missed turns, and not taking poor traffic conditions into consideration.
Character
Our Personal Drivers' character is important for maintaining trust, dependability and care of our Clients. Surviving long and stressful days, dealing with bad weather, and other adverse conditions while still staying in a professional, polite and pleasing character is esssential to the safety and wellbeing of all involved.
Vehicle Maintenance
Whether our Personal Drivers may own their own care or a car provided to them by our Client or their employer, they are responsible for making sure that the vehicle is always clean, aesthetically appealing and fully operational. We value the health of our Personal Drivers and the Families of Clients they serve, and therefor a sanitary environment within the vehicle is crucial.
We require that our Personal Drivers consistently check fuel, oil and other liquid levels frequently. Should a vehicle suffer loss of operation, our Drivers will be responsible to acquire 3-rd Party services for road-side assistance, towing and repair, and take the necessary steps to provide the security and safety of our Clients and their families at all times.
Expense Tracking
In some cases our Personal Drivers may be reimbursed for gas, meals or other on-the-job expenses. In order to receive those reimbursements, Therefor Drivers must be able to properly and carefully fill out expense forms. Other documents a Personal Driver may need to handle include company credit card bills, receipts and travel logs.
